Vital Reset is a supportive meditation and mindfulness program created to accompany individuals living with cancer during their recovery journey. Through gentle meditation practices, breath awareness, and compassionate guidance, the program aims to support emotional resilience, inner calm, and a deeper connection to one’s own healing process.

Jungle Bliss is an immersive, in-person meditation retreat held in the natural surroundings of Chiang Mai. Surrounded by jungle landscapes and silence, participants are invited to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with themselves through meditation, mindful movement, and simple living.
